Throughout the school year, the Scholars are encouraged to market their policy proposals through conferences, op-ed pieces, blog posts, and other publication opportunities. Students have published pieces in The Atlantic, the Washington Examiner, Forbes Online, numerous ABA publications, as well as traditional law reviews, practitioner journals, and online outlets. Students have also presented their papers at conferences at home and abroad, including Atlanta, Boston, Brussels, Budapest, Denver, Lisbon, Mexico City, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, San Juan, Toronto, and Washington, D.C. Each Spring we hold a continuing legal education seminar where the Scholars present their policy papers and alumni of the Program serve as moderators. You can learn more about the conference presentations here and the publications here.
