Law & Public Policy Scholars are encouraged to pursue publication opportunities for their policy papers, as well as for their other policy insights.  In addition to the traditional law review venues, they have published in general audience media outlets, such as The Atlantic and Forbes.com.  They have also published op-ed pieces in general circulation newspapers, such as the Harrisburg Patriot News and the Washington Examiner.  Law & Public Policy Scholars have written for more specialized publications, including Aging Today, the ABA Minority Trial Lawyer, Tax Notes International, and numerous online outlets.  Here is a sampling of these publications.
