Started in 2012, the Temple Law & Public Policy (LPP) Program offers Temple law students the opportunity to study the intersection of law, politics, and policy. Based in Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia, the LPP Program provides our Law & Public Policy Scholars with valuable policymaking experience at the federal, state, and local levels. Through specialized course work, internships, paper presentations, publications, and collaboration, Law & Public Policy Scholars develop the confidence to pursue their policy interests, the skills to propose meaningful reforms, and the voice to become part of the policymaking process. Alumni of the Program have gone on to prestigious fellowships, clerkships, and government honors programs. They are well represented in private practice, government service, public interest, and policy positions.
