To help foster and model creativity and innovation, the Program employs new exercises and practices that are designed to equip the students for today’s dynamic job market and changing practice world. Instead of the standard components of legal education – the casebook, oral arguments, law review notes, and mock competitions – the Program employs web-based materials, policy briefings, blog posts, white papers, conference presentations, and collaborative work. These features enable Scholars to engage in complex problem-solving and “hit the ground” running” after graduation.
