Apple’s ‘incipient antitrust conduct’ cited as judge refuses to delay App Store changes

Apple has appealed an order to stop charging developers a 30% commission on App Store sales and requested a stay in the meantime. Prof. Erika Douglas says the company’s best bet is to show that the order would create irreparable harm. Read more at Yahoo Finance.
