Shadwal Jha LAW ’25 is a 2024 Law & Public Policy Scholar and Beasley Scholar at Temple University Beasley School of Law. He was born and raised in India, before moving to Kenya for high school, and then to the U.S. for college. Shadwal graduated from Boston University in 2022 with dual degrees in Finance & Strategy, and International Relations. At Temple, Shadwal is the Managing Editor & Diversity Editor for Volume 39 of the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal, and a member of the Moot Court Competition Society. He has also served as a Teaching Assistant for a Legal Research & Writing class, and an International Law seminar. Last summer, he worked as an in-house law clerk at a large public corporation in Philadelphia, PA. This summer, he will be working at a civil litigation firm in Fairfax, VA. Shadwal’s policy interests lie in the intersection of governmental policy, international organizations, and international law.
