Do you need to register to vote in PA? Want to make changes to your PA Voter registration? October 20th is the last day to register or make changes before the November 4th election. October is Pro Bono Month – Volunteer with PA Free Legal Answers

Current law students are welcome and encouraged to lend their time and unique expertise to Pennsylvania Free Legal Answers, a program offered by the Pennsylvania Bar Association in partnership with ABA Free Legal Answers.

This valuable service provides free basic legal advice to individuals online, with no expectation of extended representation. By volunteering, you can make a real impact in expanding access to justice while building practical skills and serving your community.

Volunteer Judges Needed for Haverford College Mock Trial Tournament – November 8th & 9th

Haverford Mock Trial is hosting their annual undergraduate mock trial tournament, the Black Squirrel Invitational, on the weekend of November 8-9, 2025 in Center City Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and are seeking judges for the tournament. Mac Users: Hold Off Upgrading to macOS Tahoe 26

Apple will release its latest operating system, macOS Tahoe 26, this fall. At this time, Information Technology Services recommends not installing this upgrade, as you may encounter compatibility issues with various applications used at the university.
Once our vendors certify that key applications used in our environment are compatible, we will notify you that it is safe to install this upgrade.

If you use a Mac outside of school or work, you may also want to confirm that your software is compatible with macOS Tahoe 26 before upgrading.

Part-Time Research Assistant Position: Environmental Law

Professor Amy Sinden is looking for interested law students to work with her on a part-time basis as research assistants during the fall semester of 2025 on projects relating to environmental law.  Possible topics/projects will include comments on EPA rollbacks of regulations, the environmental impacts of data centers, and the role of cost-benefit analysis in EPA rulemaking.  Work-study required.  Interest in and knowledge of environmental law, administrative law, and/or economics is a plus, but not required. Students can register bicycles online using Campus Safety’s Bike Registration Form. Just complete and submit the online form, and then visit one of the Campus Safety locations.

Temple Campus Walking Escort Program

To request an escort, call: 8-WALK (8-9255) from a campus phone, or call: 215-777-9255 from a cell phone. Escort service is available daily from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. 

Temple Flight Program

Flight is Temple University’s nighttime fixed-route shuttle loop service. Flight-branded shuttles circulate throughout the areas within and surrounding the main campus patrol zone, and pick up and drop off students at each of its over 40 stops. Flight shuttles can be tracked in real time.

2026 MPRE Test Dates and Registration Deadlines

The Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) is a two-hour, 60-question multiple-choice examination administered three times per year. It is required for admission to the bars in almost every jurisdiction in the United States. Registration for the November 2025 MPRE is now closed. The 2026 test dates for the MPRE can be found below. Registration for all 2026 MPRE test dates opens on December 16, 2025.
