Academic Advising Virtual Help Desks
As priority registration for the spring semester approaches, we will host a series of Academic Advising Virtual Help Desks. We encourage you to drop in should you have any questions or concerns as you plan your schedule for the spring semester. Students will be admitted into the Zoom room one at a time in the order they are logged in, and any student logged in at the end of the scheduled time will be seen. Mac Users: Update Regarding macOS Tahoe 26
As a follow-up to their previous advisory, Information Technology Services now advises that you can safely upgrade your mac computers to MacOS Tahoe 26, as they have determined it is compatible with all major university applications.
If you use a Mac outside of school or work, you may also want to confirm that your software is compatible with macOS Tahoe 26 before upgrading.

FINAL EXAM INFORMATION – FALL 2025
Fall 2025 Exam Schedule
As you know, the last day of fall classes is Thursday, December 4, 2025. The exam period begins Friday, December 5, 2025 and ends on Thursday, December 18, 2025. If you do not see an exam listed on the F25 Exam Schedule, please check the F25 Take-Home Schedule.
Please note that occasionally a faculty member changes the format or length of an exam, or sometimes we change the exam room. Although these schedules are as accurate as we can make them, we ask that you please check the exam schedule online in the weeks leading up to the exam period.
Saturday Exam Option (Upper-Level Students and 1LE Students)
We are administering an exam session on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 9AM.
All evening division students (1LE-4LE) may move one exam from the originally scheduled date to Saturday (you are not permitted to take an exam before the originally scheduled date). If you are an evening student requesting to take an exam on Saturday, please complete this form by November 21, 2025 at 5PM.
ALSO
Any upper-level student who would like to reschedule an exam that was already approved as a conflict for Saturday, December 13 at 9AM may do so and should complete this form by November 21, 2025 at 5PM.
Exam Reminders
- You must download and register for Examplify each academic year
- The password for all mock exams is TU123
- Most in person exams are secure. That means any study materials you plan to use for an open book exam must be in hard copy.
- You are not permitted to talk to your professor about the exam after the day the exam is scheduled even if your exam is deferred and you are studying for it later.
- Any questions about a take home exam must be directed to the administration. Do not contact your professor.
- Secondary devices (tablets, e-readers, etc.) are not permitted.
- You will not receive a confirmation email when submitting take home exams.
- If your in person exam has a word limit, you can check the word count in Examplify by clicking on the document icon next to the character count on the bottom of the screen.
- If you are taking a Free Slot exam, Saturday exam, or testing in Barrack Hall, you must keep your own time.

Environmental Justice in the Age of Mass Incarceration – Monday, November 3rd

The panel discussion will feature contributions from Dr. Jaquelyn Jahn, Assistant Professor of Epidemiology from Drexel Dornsife School of Public Health, as well as BP Lyles, Director of the Human Rights Coalition’s Toxic Prisons Campaign, and Christopher Markos, Esq., a partner at Williams Cedar with a background in civil rights law. The event will cover how environmental justice shows up in each of the panelists’ work and how it can be used to push back against mass incarceration.
Cosponsored by the Temple Env. Law Society , Temple’s National Lawyers Guild chapter, and the Environmental, Energy, and Climate Justice Fellowship. Panda Express will be provided!
Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers Panel & Reception – Monday, November 3rd in Washington DC
Please join Faegre Drinker and the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers (GAIL) in our Washington, D.C. office for a panel & networking event exploring Impact Law.
This in-person event will provide an update on the state of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Impact law in the current climate and introduce law students, early- and mid-career attorneys to the growing and dynamic field of Impact Law, ESG, and sustainability-focused legal practice. The panel will feature diverse speakers from law firms, in-house legal departments, and mission-driven organizations, who will share their personal career journeys, discuss the realities of practicing in this space, and offer concrete advice for breaking into and advancing in the field.
Following the panel, there will be a networking reception (including refreshments and light fare).

The Fall 2025 Temple Law Dean’s Forum will feature Eric Kennedy of Weisman, Kennedy, and Berry Co., L.P.A., a nationally recognized Ohio firm that represents tort victims nationwide. Among many other accolades, Mr. Kennedy is a member of the Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame. He will discuss his own professional journey litigating pharmaceutical and medical device liability, medical malpractice, and class actions and will address student questions and pathways for young lawyers. Lunch will be served.

Cape May County Bar Foundation Scholarship – Apply by December 1st
The CMCBF recognizes the power, impact, and value of diverse voices in our profession. To support the proliferation of these voices, the Diversity Scholarship will be given to New Jersey residents attending law school who can share with us how diversity, inclusion, and allyship have affected their lives, and how they plan to address these issues when they become members of this State’s legal community. The Application is attached.
All applications must be received on or before December 1, 2025. An award is planned for the Spring 2026 Semester. The award amount & number of scholarship recipients awarded annually is based on available funds raised through CMCBF Scholarship Events. It is a one semester scholarship. Prior awards have ranged between $2000 and $2500.

Part-Time Research Assistant Position: Environmental Law
Professor Amy Sinden is looking for interested law students to work with her on a part-time basis as research assistants during the fall semester of 2025 on projects relating to environmental law. Possible topics/projects will include comments on EPA rollbacks of regulations, the environmental impacts of data centers, and the role of cost-benefit analysis in EPA rulemaking. Work-study required. Interest in and knowledge of environmental law, administrative law, and/or economics is a plus, but not required. Temple Flight Program
Flight is Temple University’s nighttime fixed-route shuttle loop service. Flight-branded shuttles circulate throughout the areas within and surrounding the main campus patrol zone, and pick up and drop off students at each of its over 40 stops. Flight shuttles can be tracked in real time.
BAR EXAM & MPRE
2026 MPRE Test Dates and Registration Deadlines
The Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) is a two-hour, 60-question multiple-choice examination administered three times per year. It is required for admission to the bars in almost every jurisdiction in the United States. Registration for the November 2025 MPRE is now closed. The 2026 test dates for the MPRE can be found below. Registration for all 2026 MPRE test dates opens on December 16, 2025.
