| Next Steps NIH has funded an RPA in two cities in Kazakhstan to assess whether the research components of RPAR, without the CAB, can be used effectively by an NGO to analyze the contribution of laws and law enforcement practices to the IDU risk environment and to develop strategies for change. Next steps for this project include the development of a fully integrated epidemiological and policy assessment, to be piloted in the Baltic states. The Collaborative plans on working to make the existing tools and modules even more flexible and adoptable to any structural issues in health and welfare. Last Updated: February 2006 |
