Mindful Mondays – Weekly Mindfulness Begins September 9th<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Everyone can participate in a 20-minute guided mindfulness meditation practice.\u00a0 Mindful meditation involves paying attention on purpose to the present moment without judgement.\u00a0 No experience is necessary.\u00a0 Starting Monday, September 9, 2019 join Professor deGuzman at noon in K5B.<\/p>\n
