This application must be completed by <strong>Friday, March 7, 2025<\/strong>\u00a0for all law May 2025 graduates. <em>Students enrolled in dual degree programs will have to submit a separate graduation application for each degree.<\/em>\u00a0The graduation application is an easy and fast application to complete, but failing to complete it by the deadline can cause a delay in receiving your diploma.<\/p>\n<p>Please follow the instructions below to apply for graduation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sign in to <strong>TUPortal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong><em>Student Tools<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0tab at the top of the page.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the <strong><em>Records<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0section which is located on the right side of the page.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong><em>Apply to Graduate<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm that the program listed is correct (should be: Current Program \u2013 Juris Doctor)<\/li>\n<li>Select a Graduation term \u00a0\u2013 Spring 2025 should be the only option.<\/li>\n<li>Review and submit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your application. The email will include information on how your name will appear on the diploma. You do not need to need to notify us beforehand \u2013 just come to Exam Central and we will have the exam ready for you.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that occasionally a faculty member changes the format or length of an exam, or sometimes we change the exam room.\u00a0 Although these schedules are as accurate as we can make them, we ask that you\u00a0please check the <a href=\"https:\/\/law.temple.edu\/academics\/exams\/\">exam schedule online<\/a> in the weeks leading up to the exam period.<\/p>\n<h3><em><strong>Exam Conflicts (Upper-Level Students Only) &#8211; Submission Deadline Monday, March 31<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Two (or more)\u00a0scheduled\u00a0exams\u00a0that begin within a 30-hour period will be considered a conflict. A student with an\u00a0exam\u00a0conflict must take the first\u00a0scheduled\u00a0exam\u00a0and may elect (unless otherwise specified) to take the later exam(s)\u00a0during a Free Slot <u>after<\/u>\u00a0its\u00a0scheduled time. If the\u00a0exams\u00a0in conflict are at the exact same time, students can choose which\u00a0exam\u00a0to take at the\u00a0scheduled time and which to take at a later Free Slot.<\/p>\n<p>Having a\u00a0scheduled\u00a0exam\u00a0on each of three consecutive calendar days is also a conflict. To resolve this type of conflict, the\u00a0exam\u00a0scheduled for the middle calendar day will be deferred to a subsequent date.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a conflict, please complete <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.law.temple.edu\/studentpost\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/conflict-formSP25.pdf\">the exam conflict form<\/a> and email it to Molly Levy, Coordinator of Student Services and Wellness Initiatives, at <a href=\"mailto:molly.paige.levy@temple.edu\">molly.paige.levy@temple.edu<\/a>, by <strong>Monday, March 31 at 5PM<\/strong>.
