That means any study materials you plan to use for an open book exam must be in hard copy.<\/li>\n<li>You are not permitted to talk to your professor about the exam after the day the exam is scheduled even if your exam is deferred and you are studying for it later.<\/li>\n<li>Any questions about a take home exam must be directed to the administration. One example of our work is the Section\u2019s Judicial Intern Opportunity Program (JIOP).<\/p>\n<p>JIOP is a summer internship program open to all first- and second-year underrepresented law students. Selected students intern for six weeks or more during the summer with a participating state or federal judge. The program offers a $2,000 award to each selected student. Students can also elect law school credit.<\/p>\n<p>Summer 2024 applications open for all students on <strong>November 6, 2023<\/strong>. The deadline for applying is <strong>January 12, 2024<\/strong>. Last year, 159 law students were offered internships, representing 80 different law schools in locations throughout the country. Additional details on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tuportal6.temple.edu\/web\/its\/tusafe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">how to use the app are also available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><em><strong>Bike Temple: Register your Bicycle; Free U-locks<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Students, staff and faculty can register their bicycles online using Campus Safety&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/registermybike.temple.edu\/eforma\/public\/previewform.do?formid=31&amp;navigation=5&amp;isPublicCategory=2&amp;header=&amp;ancestorL=0,\" data-lang-orig=\"Bike Registration Form\">Bike Registration Form<\/a>.\u00a0Just complete and submit the online form, and then visit one of the following Campus Safety locations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Main Headquarters: 1101 W. Montgomery Avenue<\/li>\n<li>Center Station: Beasely and Pollett Walks<\/li>\n<li>Morgan Hall Mini-Station: 1600 N. Park Avenue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At one of these locations, an officer will inspect your bike and place a sticker to the frame that corresponds to your file in the police database. This way, if your bicycle ever turns up without you on it, the police will be able to get in contact with you to return it. Escort service is available daily from <strong>4 p.m. \u2013 6:00 a.m. <\/strong>Security Bike Officers provide escort services and maintain communication with Temple Police. Patrol boundaries are Susquehanna Avenue on the north to Jefferson Street on the south, with the exception of 13th to Broad Street, where the southern boundary is Girard Avenue. The western border is 18th Street and the patrol area extends east to 9th Street<\/p>\n<h3><em><strong>Temple Flight Program<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2812 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www2.law.temple.edu\/studentpost\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Flight-1024x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www2.law.temple.edu\/studentpost\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Flight-1024x199.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www2.law.temple.edu\/studentpost\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Flight-300x58.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www2.law.temple.edu\/studentpost\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Flight-768x149.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www2.law.temple.edu\/studentpost\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Flight.jpg 1474w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Flight is Temple University\u2019s nighttime fixed-route\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/flight.transloc.com\/routes\"><strong>shuttle loop service<\/strong><\/a>. Flight-branded shuttles circulate throughout the areas within and surrounding the main campus\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/safety.temple.edu\/services-programs\/main-campus-patrol-map\"><strong>patrol zone<\/strong><\/a>, and pick up and drop off students at each of its over 40 stops. The shuttles arrive approximately every 15 minutes at each stop, and you can track the locations of each shuttle in real time using the\u00a0<strong>TransLoc app<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any student, faculty, or staff member with a valid TUid can use Flight. A valid TUid can be your physical or mobile OWLcard.<\/li>\n<li>Flight operates 7 days per week from 6 PM to 2 AM, and the shuttles arrive at each drop-off and pick-up location every 15 minutes during this service time. The service continues to operate in a modified form during university breaks.<\/li>\n<li>Flight serves the Main Campus\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/safety.temple.edu\/services-programs\/main-campus-patrol-map\"><strong>patrol zone<\/strong><\/a>. It operates in two loops \u2013 the north loop, which covers the northern parts of the patrol zone, and the south loop, which covers the southern and eastern parts of the patrol zone. Shuttles on each loop follow a fixed route around that loop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Flight shuttles can be\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/flight.transloc.com\/routes\"><strong>tracked in real time<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the TransLoc App during hours of operation.\u00a0Use the website or app to plan your arrival at the shuttle stop most convenient for you \u2013 the shuttle driver will stop for you if they see you at the stop, but the shuttle will continue on its way if no one is waiting. Display your Temple ID when boarding the shuttle, and when you\u2019re a block or so from your destination, let the driver know so they can stop the shuttle and let you off.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"BARMPRE\"><strong>BAR EXAM &amp; MPRE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof elementToProof\">\n<h3><em><strong>Introducing &#8220;Esquire Bound&#8221;: Your Checklist for <\/strong><\/em><em><strong>Admission to Practice and\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><em><strong>Bar Exam Success<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Join us for \u201cEsquire Bound\u201d \u2013 our new series of virtual information sessions on admission to practice and how to pass the bar exam.
