Evening Students ONLY &#8211; Due Monday, <span style=\"font-size: 18.72px;\">November<\/span> 4th<\/h3>\n<p>The law school is offering Upper Level Evening Students the option to take exams on Saturdays during the exam period.\u00a0 Interested students should complete the form at this link: <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/xGeZU3zuWAXDVHSS9\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/xGeZU3zuWAXDVHSS9<\/a>\u00a0Please note that, although Dean Bretschneider and Associate Director Walden will be proctoring the\u00a0exams, there will not be a member of the Technology Staff present and so any technology issues will be handled by members of the Student Affairs team.\u00a0 Please also note that, consistent with Law School rules, you will not be permitted to take an\u00a0exam\u00a0early so you can only move an\u00a0exam\u00a0that was originally scheduled for administration on a date that is prior to the selected\u00a0Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>If you choose to take an\u00a0exam\u00a0on a\u00a0Saturday\u00a0please do not notify or make arrangements with your professor so that anonymity is not compromised.<\/p>\n<h3>Upper Level Course Registration for Spring 2020 &#8211; In this three (3) credit experiential program, second year day and third year evening\/part-time students are offered an opportunity to work for a judge in the First Judicial District of the Court of Common Pleas of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Students are educated on the structure, function, administration, and diversity of issues presented in the state judiciary, and gain practical experience with the various divisions in the First Judicial District. Working with the judges and their full-time clerks, students draft orders, research issues, prepare bench memoranda, and observe judicial proceedings.\u00a0\u00a0Further program information, including the application and the selection procedure, can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.temple.edu\/academics\/experiential\/external-clinics\/state-judicial-clerkships\/\">here<\/a>. Students are able to write on any contemporary business or economic concern with the award being publication as well as a $2500 cash prize. All essays must be received no later than February\u00a01, 2020.
