Joel Clymer (LAW ’13) and Marcel Pratt (LAW ’09) Named 2023 NBA “40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocates” Award Recipients
Two Temple Law Alumni have been recognized by the National Bar Association (NBA) as a 2023 “Top 40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocates” award recipient. The program recognizes the nation’s top attorneys under 40 who exemplify a broad range of high achievement, including innovation, vision, leadership and legal and community involvement.
Joel Clymer, LAW ’13, is a Partner at Greenbaum, Row, Smith & Davis LLP. His practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling.
Marcel S. Pratt, LAW ’09, is the Managing Partner at Ballard Spahr LLP. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, antitrust and competition law, product liability, class actions, investigations, and government relations. He also leads the firm’s Crisis Management Team.

Stephanie Peet (LAW ’03) and David Joseph (LAW ’95) Named Distinguished Leaders 2023 by The Legal Intelligencer
Stephanie J. Peet, LAW ’03, is the office managing principal of the Philadelphia office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She regularly represents management in employment discrimination and wage and hour cases filed in both federal and state courts, as well as equal employment opportunity and labor relations matters pending before federal and state agencies.
David H. Joseph, LAW ’95, is the co-chair and director of strategic growth of Stradley Ronon’s business department and sits on the firm’s board of directors. David also maintains a thriving practice, advising private and public companies in a variety of industries on business and transactional matters. His practice includes securitization and structured finance, litigation funding, mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, private investment funds, derivatives, commercial finance and general corporate work.
