.panel__header -->\r\n\r\n\t<div class=\"amoteam-panel__content\">\r\n\t\tLynsey Madison, PhD, LAW \u201927, is a 2024 Law &amp; Public Policy Scholar at Temple University Beasley School of Law. Lynsey graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant Management. She also holds a Master of Science in Human Environmental Services from The University of Alabama and a PhD from Auburn University in Hospitality Management.\r\n\r\nLynsey is an evening student who spends her day as an Associate Professor in Tourism &amp; Hospitality Management and the Coordinator of Curriculum Development at the Community College of Philadelphia. As the 2023 Lindback Excellence in Teaching award recipient, Lynsey advocates for students, especially first-generation and low-income students, by prioritizing modern pedagogical approaches and providing a high-quality education experience. Through her previous role as department head, she instituted department policies centered on raising the standards for faculty evaluations and innovative academic programs.\r\n\r\nThis summer, Lynsey is working for the Department of Justice\u2019s Aviation, Space &amp; Admiralty Office. He was born and raised in India, before moving to Kenya for high school, and then to the U.S. for college. Shadwal graduated from Boston University in 2022 with dual degrees in Finance &amp; Strategy, and International Relations. At Temple, Shadwal is the Managing Editor &amp; Diversity Editor for Volume 39 of the Temple International &amp; Comparative Law Journal, and a member of the Moot Court Competition Society. He has also served as a Teaching Assistant for a Legal Research &amp; Writing class, and an International Law seminar. Last summer, he worked as an in-house law clerk at a large public corporation in Philadelphia, PA. This summer, he will be working at a civil litigation firm in Fairfax, VA. Jason graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020 with a B.A. in Government with Liberal Arts Honors and a Certificate in Security Studies.<\/p>\n<p>Before law school, Jason worked as a government affairs associate for Equality Texas, a leading statewide LGBTQ+ advocacy group. Jason provided legislative tracking, research, and lobbying support services for the organization and its allies over the course of two state legislative sessions. Jason also facilitated other projects, such as tracking book bans between sessions and compiling data for the organization\u2019s legislative scorecard.<\/p>\n<p>This summer, Jason is interning at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights. She also serves as a 1L Rep for the American Constitution Society, the Women&#8217;s Law Caucus, and the Jewish Law Students Association. She completed her undergraduate degree at McGill University with a degree in English Literature and Psychology.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to law school, Sarah worked in the journalism industry and for the Canadian federal government. Her hobbies include cooking and running. She has completed two half marathons and two 30K races.<\/p>\n<p>This summer, Sarah will be working at the DC US Attorney&#8217;s Office. Prior to law school, he spent six years in the Air Force as a Chinese Airborne Cryptologic Language Analyst, receiving an Associate in Chinese at Defense Language Institute in 2018, then finishing a Bachelor&#8217;s in Computer Science at Western Governors University in 2023 shortly after his separation from the Air Force. Jack worked as an intern at a Seattle public defender&#8217;s office in summer 2023 and has spent the past several years working as a podcast producer and independent writer. His policy interests and past writing are broad-ranging but include a focus on excellence and productive structure in education, the role and efficacy of admissions tests and the wrestling over them, and the policy implications of the Republican Party collapse among young, educated professionals.<\/p>\n<p>During the summer of 2024, he will work as a law clerk at Hamilton Lincoln Law Institute, a nonprofit public interest firm focused on free markets, free speech, and fighting regulatory abuse and rent-seeking, in addition to conducting an investigation into recent conflicts within the Effective Altruism community.<\/p>\n\t<\/div><!-- .panel__content -->\r\n\r\n<\/div><!-- .panel --><\/div><!-- .panels -->\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h1>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Law &amp;
