Carly Whitman is a successful business executive who deals primarily in commercial real estate development. She inherited a thriving real estate business from her father, who died 10 years ago. She has since run the business and her reputation for intelligence, honesty and business savvy has enabled her to continue to pursue various real estate ventures. Her latest project is the development of an upscale apartment building at 777 S. Broad St in Philadelphia. She fell in love with the building and its location and decided to live there herself. She lives in the penthouse apartment.<\/p>\n

Ms. Whitman has never participated in the restaurant business before in any capacity. Nevertheless, she is confident she can run one successfully, because she has a lot of faith in Emeril Starr. \u00a0Emeril is a \u00a0very good friend, and a sous chef at one of her favorite restaurants on the main line. Ms. Whitman believes that the location in the bottom of her 777 apartment building is \u201cfabulous\u201d for the restaurant she and Emeril have in mind.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
