On October 11, Temple University Beasley School of Law Professors Spiro and Lee participated in a panel discussion on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (“DACA”).  In an event moderated by Professor Ramji-Nogales, Professors Spiro and Lee explained the history and structure of DACA and discussed what the next six-months will mean for DREAMers and DACA recipients.

The event was co-hosted by the Temple Law National Lawyers’ Guild, the Political and Civil Rights Society, the American Constitution Society, and the Temple Law Democrats.  The Institute for International Law and Public Policy co-sponsored the event, along with the Sheller Center for Social Justice and the Latin American Law Student Association.
