Excelling in Evidence is a five night, 15 hour course for litigators that will be offered through the LL.M. in Trial Advocacy Program at Temple University Beasley School of Law in August, 2019. Taught by Professor Jules Epstein, Director of Advocacy Programs, Excelling in Evidence will go beyond a refresher on Evidence basics to provide a master litigator’s grasp of complex principles and evidence strategies.

Normally part of the year-long LL.M. curriculum, Excelling in Evidence is being made available as a standalone course to 25 attorneys who can attend in person and 25 who wish to attend as distance learners via a live, interactive web broadcast. Attendees who complete the course and then enroll in the LL.M. program in either of the next two academic years will receive credit for these course hours.

The fee for this standalone course is $900 – a savings of almost 50% in tuition for these credits for those who later enroll in the LL.M. program. Limited scholarships are available for lawyers working in public interest.
