In partnership with Ernst & Young LLP, the Center will launch a series of executive education programs for compliance, legal and finance professionals focused on U.S. healthcare and international compliance. Temple law programs in Tokyo, Beijing and Rome will host the Center’s international programs. Attendees will learn not only about the underlying laws and compliance principles but practical business, operational and communications skills to implement key elements of successful compliance and ethics program.

This introductory two-day course will cover the core elements of ethics and compliance programs and global anti-bribery laws. Attendees who complete this program will understand the fundamental business, ethical, legal and cultural drivers for global compliance programs.
Internal Investigations and Anti-Corruption – Advanced Skills – July 14-16
This three-day course is for attendees seeking to further enhance their knowledge and skills in key compliance areas. Focus areas will include internal investigations and effective corrective actions and why and how to conduct due diligence on 3rd party agents who may interact with government officials.
